我非常之荣幸的参加了宁海县的首届公民道德公益大讲堂,本次大讲堂的主题是“弘扬中华传统文化,做有道德的人”,大讲堂的目的是“构建和谐社会,再现中华盛世”.

谈起“中华文化”这四个字,使人自然而然的想起了一句话叫“中华文化,历史悠久,博大精深”,这是教科书中常见的用来描述中华传统文化的一句话,可是,要是问到什么是中华传统文化,又有几个人能回答上来呢？就是这样一个问题,引起了我的反思,身为一名中国人,炎黄子孙,华夏儿女,却不知道什么是中华传统文化,我想这是让我自愧的事情,更是让我痛心的事情.

虽是短短四天的学习时间,却是让我受益匪浅,感悟颇深,我是没有什么资格和能力来向大家阐述什么是中华传统文化的,因为连我也正处在认识和学习中华文传统化的道路上,我知道,要想要真正的领悟几千年前的古圣先贤传承下来的智慧和真理,是要我的用一生时光来学习和践行的！我能做的就是做好一个中国人的本分——弘扬传承中华传统文化和做一个有道德的中国人！

就谈谈我这四天来学习的感受吧！

大讲堂的整个学习过程是不收取任何费用的,除此之外还有免费的午餐和学习资料,还有免费的纪念品！这样的公益活动已经很少见了.据我所知,参加大讲堂的义工是五百多人,想必大家都知道什么是“义工”,就是除了要干最脏最累的活以外,他们的付出是没有任何报酬的,我所要讲的不仅仅是义工的概念,而是他们身上令人尊敬的品德,见人鞠躬一定达到九十度,无论对方年龄大小都称呼为“老师”,每一次台下观众鼓掌,站在一旁的义工们必是鞠躬表示感谢,四天来,我看见的加上我没看见的,我不知道他们每一个义工鞠了多少次躬,真的是数也数不清.在这些义工当中,上至八十多岁的老人,下至十一二岁的儿童,在我看来,我们这些人哪里称得上是“老师”啊？他们,才是我要学习和尊重的老师啊！

这些义工们,给我留下了深刻的印象,只想说一句,感恩,感谢！

一说到故宫，大家应该既陌生又熟悉，那么，让我来讲讲故宫的历史，北京故宫建于永乐4年(1906年)，明成祖下诏以南京皇宫为蓝本，兴建北京皇宫和城恒，永乐18年(1420年)，北京皇宫和北京城建成的。故宫历史悠久，令人不禁赞叹——你好，故宫。

嘿!有人说：“读万卷书，行万里路”，让我们去看一看吧!

故宫的景点不少，延禧宫、翊坤宫、慈宁宫、景仁宫、钟粹宫等等，其中，午门就是故宫的正门，午门从正面看有三个门洞，可是走进去转过头去一看，却成了5个门洞，这就叫做“名三暗五”，神奇不神奇?

再走一会儿，就是故宫一大特点，御花园，那里简直是一个“大花园”。在这里，有如霞似火的杜鹃花、娇媚迷人的红玫瑰、红艳艳的牡丹花、高洁淡雅的菊花、洁白如玉的玉兰花、清香四溢的茉莉花等，还种了许多翠绿色的树，在花儿的衬托下，御花园增添了几份端庄和典雅。故宫端庄典雅，让我不禁赞叹——你好，故宫!

更令人惊讶的是，故宫有房屋9999间，若一个刚出生的小孩，如果在故宫每间房屋都住一个昼夜的话，等到他把故宫所有的房间都住完一遍的时候，他已经是一个27岁的青年了。

故宫已经打开了尘封已久的门窗，让我们来观看他壮丽的色彩，来倾听紫禁城的声音，来呼吸历史的气息，来感知中华文化的底蕴。

it also enables us to be more clear and precise in what we mean. however, a good command of the language is also knowing when to use the vocabulary we have. when i finally made it to college, i was exposed to a lot of new words, a lot of big words that i had to use in my papers if i wanted to make the grade, and those words eventually seeped into my everyday speech. that was good when i was in class or when i was in a discussion about some deep issue or world issue with a professor or college peer, but i found that when i talked to some friends who had not the desire or financial means for college, i came across as arrogant. if the purpose of communication is to get our neighbors to understand our point of view or to come to a new understanding about something we feel is important then we need to be careful not to win an argument with big words, but to speak in a way which they can understand what is said so they will be able to make their own judgment about the facts or truth you believe you are presenting.

the power of language is not just in knowing words and knowing how to use words effectively, but also being able to speak and communicate at various levels, and knowing when it is needed to do so.

自从学习了关于“公共汽车”的礼仪歌诀后，一次，我乘公共汽车去图书馆，途中有老人家上车，车上的乘客纷纷把位置让给老人家，而我却在一旁若无其事。想起自己在学校里学习的礼仪歌诀，脸顿时红了，后悔当初没有给老人家让座，那在学校里学习的知识不就白学了吗？不行，我一定要使用好这些歌诀。这时，又有一位老人家上车了，我应该把座位让给她。我环视了四周，乘客们丝毫没有让座的意思。于是，我鼓起勇气站起来，对那位老人家家说：“老人家家，请您坐吧！”这时，汽车里的.乘客都把赞许的目光投向我，仿佛在说：“现在的小学生真懂事。”

我不知道是不是身体问题。从我小时候起，我就“虚弱和生病”。就在我上幼儿园的时候，手足口病爆发了。果然，我是先“趴在枪上”的，所以有一段时间被父母领回家。回到学校后，我发现因为手足口病，老师特地请了一位武术教练来指导我们练习中国功夫。

那是一个阴天。当我们准备好要练功夫时，天开始下雨了。风在凄凉地吹；雨在滴答作响。就在我以为我要带球队回教室的时候，教练让我吃惊了——他还在风雨中指导我们。当我处于恍惚状态时，教练似乎看透了我的心思，来到我面前，严格地指导我的动作。
